Member rate is only for IEEE members. Students must be able to provide their student identifications as requested on-site.
Tutorial/Workshop registration rate is per day. If you register two days, the registration fee is double of that.
Conference Registration includes daily breakfast, lunch on Monday and Tuesday, breaks, one copy of proceedings, Sunday Night Reception and Tuesday Night Banquet.
Tutorial/Workshop Registration includes admission to all the selected sessions, breakfast, lunch and notes to selected sessions.

Cancellation or changes to your registration must be processed online. Cancellations must be processed on or before 16 January 2005. A $50 processing fee will be applied to all canceled registrations. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations canceled after the deadline.
