If you have trouble getting the conference rate for February 15, 16, or 17,
we advise you to book any available standard single or double room rate in order
to confirm you have a room, and THEN email
derek@ece.utexas.edu with the
following information:
- Your name
- Confirmation number
- Dates of your reservation
- Rate quoted for each date
We will contact the hotel, and adjust the rate for those additional nights
to the conference rate.
Apparently, the reservation software is not able to handle such complicated
stuff. But, they do have humans at the hotel with brains that work.
If you can not get the conference rate for February 11-14, there is nothing
we can do. It means the room block we reserved has been used up.
